Mr. Mularski has lived in the Columbus area for 40+ years and has been practicing law for 20+ years. He practices in a wide variety of areas, including all aspects of civil litigation. He focuses on personal injury, civil lawsuits, domestic matters, including child custody issues, and criminal prosecutions for municipalities around central Ohio. As a trial attorney, he has tried many jury and bench trials throughout the State of Ohio. He also has presented arguments before the Fifth and Tenth District Courts of Appeals.

Mr. Mularski currently represents the Ohio cities of Bexley, New Albany and Gahanna as their City Prosecutor.

Since 1988, Mr. Bonham has focused his practice on estate planning, probate of estates and guardianship for incompetent adults.

Mr. Bonham has assisted grieving families with the administration of hundreds of estates throughout Ohio and Florida.

Thousands of families have trusted Mr. Bonham with the preparation of their wills and trusts.  With more than twenty years of experience, it is rare that he encounters a problem that he has not seen.  His insights into difficult family problems have provided relief to many.

With the growing elderly population, guardianships have become increasingly common.  Mr. Bonham has guided people with the problems of aging parents and has acted as guardian in many cases.

A former bailiff and staff attorney in the Franklin County Common Pleas Court, Mr. Dittmer focuses his practice on all aspects of civil and criminal litigation, including the prosecution of personal injury, products liability, and medical malpractice claims. Mr. Dittmer's experience in criminal defense law includes all aspects of both misdemeanors and felonies - including white collar and business crime. He represents both individuals and businesses in both his civil and criminal practice.

• Obtained $4 million jury verdict as co-counsel in a medical malpractice case for Physician's failure to properly diagnose stomach cancer.
• Obtained $4.3 million settlement of a product liability claim against a major automobile manufacturer.
• Obtained $1.3 million jury verdict in a premises liability claim later set aside when motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict was granted by the trial court.
• Obtained $250,000 settlement for Plaintiff who suffered mild traumatic brain injury in automobile accident.
• Successfully defended a liquor control officer/police officer in an eleven count theft in office prosecution in State Court, who was found not guilty on all counts.
• Successfully defended two Delaware County corporations against claims of intentional tort and negligence for the death of an employee after the trial court granted summary judgment.

Mr. Phillips is originally from Steubenville, Ohio. In his 20+ years as an attorney in the Columbus area, he has primarily practiced law in the areas of business law and family law. His business law practice currently involves the creation of businesses, the purchase and/or sale of businesses, the resolution of employment issues, the drafting and negotiating of commercial leases, the general representation of skilled professionals (physicians, dentists) and litigating business disputes including evictions. Mr. Phillips has also represented clients in tax disputes with the IRS. While currently focusing his family law practice in the areas of probate administration and estate planning, Mr. Phillips has also practiced extensively in the areas of residential real estate (purchase, sale, leasing), domestic relations (divorces, dissolutions, post-decree matters) and adoptions.

Mr. Phillips has been and continues to be actively involved in his community. He is a past president of a local service club, the Northwest Kiwanis Club, serving the Upper Arlington, Grandview Heights and Marble Cliff areas; is a two-time member of the board of his local homeowners association; and is currently a member of three fraternal organizations.
